Born in Barcelona and self-taught, Gerard Blanco shares his approach to food on social media. He was the chef behind Sarau’s second guest residency.
His residency featured an eight-course menu. Duck with figs was one of the dishes he shared at the counter, a memory of his time at Sarau.
