Luis Herrera di Prisco comes to Sarau from New York. With Venezuelan and Italian roots, he presents a Pan-American cooking residency at Sarau’s counter over three weeks.
His cooking brings together his roots and the places where he has lived, with Mexican inspiration. The menu evolves throughout the residency.
